1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and manuals (if any) are included
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or soiled pet beds, mats, or pads
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
  • Open-box items sold as-is or discounted due to condition

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@robindeals.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions, including a return shipping address.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product for a refund (if eligible).


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.


8. Return Shipping Address

The return address will be provided via email upon your return request approval. Do not send returns to our store address without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
